Miley Cyrus How can sue the times to make a parody of the song?
The double made a song called every band in the U.S., making fun of almost all major / screamo / emo / pop bands in the scene or mention All Time Low, in particular, and of course Miley Cyrus. The only thing did was use the same bar as a party in the U.S., not stealing lyrics or anything. But they're getting sued for the song. How can this still happen?

Alright, it really pisses Mika (& me) off that all you people care so much. It’s one of the reasons I keep telling people I don’t like girls. Besides, there are not just two tastes. There’s something called ‘bisexuality’, which would be Billy Brown’s sexuality too, since he left his wife and children for a man, before he splits up with both of them and gets himself a girlfriend.
